What We Have Built: Products on Sale, Annual Categories and Custom Projects

When buyers judge a factory, beyond equipment and certifications they want to know one thing: what have you actually built. This page lists what BTST has made, grouped by status — what is on the market, what is sampled and awaiting go-ahead, and which categories we supply year after year. Nothing exaggerated, nothing vague.

1 · Product lines already on the market

The following are sold as finished products, not samples or concepts:

• The pen-bay family, including Dog 2.0 — our flagship category. Dog 2.0 is a magnetic pen-bay pen in solid 304 stainless with CNC-finished aluminium fittings, priced at ¥49, and leads the whole brand. The Standard, N, NS and NSN variants address three different needs: engraving on a classic form, minimal everyday carry, and relationship gifting. Five colours, all taking standard M&G G5/G7 refills.
• The Dabao / Xiaobao family (Dabao, Xiaobao 3.0, 2.0, mini, Erbao) — covering a ¥29 to ¥79 price band, from a 9 g pocket model to a 22 g business model. Dabao pairs a 304 stainless barrel with high-strength aluminium and carries an individual serial number.
• The C writing series (Pu, Wuzhu 2.0, Mermaid) — Wuzhu 2.0 is a one-piece stainless twist-retract model with an integrated clip; Pu is a 9-sided geometric aluminium design; Mermaid is aluminium with a magnetic cap at ¥128, the top of the range.
• The concept series (Shaohua lipstick pen) — CNC-turned aluminium at 0.001 precision, 99.5 mm lipstick-scale, taking short M&G miniG5 refills.
• The relief series (Relief pen 3.0) — CNC-machined aluminium and stainless with eight anodized colours, configured across dice-tail and diameter variants.
• Corporate sets (Pu + multifunction calendar) — a full-metal pen with a 304 / 316 stainless calendar stand. This combination is already listed and selling on Douyin, making it a verifiable bundled format.

2 · Categories we supply year after year

Beyond our own brand, we make precision components for customers, and some of these are long-running stable categories:

• Smartwatch charging terminals (around 300,000 pieces a year)
• Smartwatch straps (around 10,000 a year)
• Metal watch crowns and pushers (around 100,000 a year)
• Plastic watch crowns and pushers (around 200,000 a year)
• Optical communication parts (around 100,000 a year)
• Food-contact components (around 50,000 a year)

These categories supply customers continuously, spanning timekeeping, communications and food-contact requirements, each with different tolerances and inspection items. Their value is not the volume — it is evidence that we deliver reliably under different acceptance standards.

3 · Custom projects sampled and awaiting go-ahead

The following have completed sampling and design, and are pending customer confirmation or licensing. We state this plainly:

The vehicle-series custom pen-bay pens — we have completed samples and design artwork for five vehicle programmes, drawing on side profiles, front grilles and wheel-arch motifs. The pen bay uses a dual-face bonded construction: one face a scale (functional), the other vehicle-themed and custom engraving (emotional), with colours matched to each vehicle's official palette. Engraving can carry the owner's name, licence plate and delivery date. Design renders and artwork are complete; vehicle IP licensing must be confirmed before production.

The lucky-cat pen-and-ruler engraving series — four themed variants built on the same carrier (good fortune, exam success, romance, peace), each able to stand alone or be bundled as a gift set.

4 · What these cases actually show

We list them not to show volume, but so you can match them against your own category:

For gift channels — the pen-bay family and the Dabao range already have a complete price ladder and colour system. You can select directly, or customize with engraving and colour.

For corporate procurement — sets like Pu + calendar are already on sale, so the bundled structure and packaging have a working precedent.

For licensing or IP collaboration — we have delivered vehicle-element custom design work, and we are clear on where IP authorisation must be settled before production.

For assessing our manufacturing — the timekeeping, communications and food-contact categories above say more about our stability under different acceptance criteria than any introduction we could write.
