OEM / ODM Cooperation Guide: From Inquiry to Delivery
The five-step process, minimums, deposit and sampling policy — written out so you can judge feasibility directly.

This page is for buyers assessing whether we are a workable partner. We are not going to tell you to "get in touch" — here is every step from your inquiry to the delivery, what we hand over at each stage, and what we need from you. Walk down the list and judge whether our process fits your procurement rhythm.
Step 1 · Requirement discussion
You provide the target product, quantity range, customization (engraving / logo / colour / gift box / OEM) and your target date; we come back with a feasibility assessment and a first outline. This step costs nothing, and we do not commit to a date here — lead time can only be estimated once we know the process and volume.
Step 2 · Sample confirmation — samples are free
We do not charge a sample fee. The lead time is agreed case by case, because it depends on the sample itself: whether new tooling is involved and whether the colour is custom. We give an estimate during the requirement discussion. The sample is also your chance to test our process limits — we suggest verifying engraving area, colour result and structural tolerance all at the sample stage, so nothing needs rework after production starts.
Step 3 · Quotation and order — what the price is based on
Two inputs: process complexity (engraving area, whether colour is custom, packaging format) and volume. No hidden line items, and we do not quote low and adjust later — the number we give is the number we can sign.
Payment is bank transfer between companies; we do not take personal payments. Deposit 30%, balance before shipment.
Step 4 · Production
The production schedule follows the delivery date agreed in the contract. We avoid quoting a vague "a few weeks" at quotation stage, because lead time depends on the process you chose and the volume. The date written into the contract is the date we work to.
Step 5 · Inspection and dispatch
Goods are inspected before dispatch. Transit time depends on the actual carrier, and we provide the waybill and tracking number at dispatch. For export orders, freight and trade terms are stated on the quotation.
Minimum order quantities

- In-stock wholesale: from 1 piece. Stock ships directly, and mixed quantities across colours are welcome.
- Customization and OEM: from 100 pieces. Below that, contact us first — we can assess feasibility depending on process complexity.
The reason for the split is process. Bodies are CNC-machined from solid metal rather than injection-moulded, so small custom runs are genuinely practical. Engraving, custom colour and packaging still occupy line time, and below a certain volume the unit cost stops making sense. That is why we state the two figures separately rather than quoting one.
What we can customize
Laser engraving and logos, anodized colour matching (Pantone or RGB, confirmed on sample), corporate gift boxes with liners, companion notebook and calendar-stand sets, and OEM / ODM private-label production. Colour matching is possible because anodized colour grows inside an oxide layer formed from the metal rather than sitting on the surface as paint — which is why it resists fading, and why a sample is needed to confirm the real appearance.
What moves the price and the date
Four variables, largest impact first: whether new tooling is required (rarely applicable here, since we mostly avoid moulds); whether colour is custom (non-standard needs its own colour matching); engraving area and placement (larger area means more process time); and packaging format (boxes and liners are made separately). Get these four clear and the quotation lands in one pass.
If your deadline is tight
State it in the inquiry. We will tell you honestly whether we can meet it — if we cannot, we say so; if we can, it goes into the contract. You should not have to chase this answer; we give it unprompted.
